DMCA & Copyright Policy
DasAds respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects publishers and advertisers to do the same. This policy explains how to report copyright infringement and how we respond under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
1. Overview & policy
DasAds operates an AI-driven advertising platform that serves display and native ad units across a network of 500+ publisher partners. We are committed to complying with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) and other applicable copyright laws. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the DMCA and to remove or disable access to material we host or serve that is found to be infringing.
If you believe that content served through, hosted by, or accessible via the DasAds platform — including creatives, landing pages, or material on a partner publisher's site — infringes a copyright you own or control, you may submit a written notice to our designated copyright agent as described below. This policy applies to material under our control; for content hosted solely by a third party, you may also need to contact that party or its host directly.
2. Reporting copyright infringement
To file a valid notice of alleged infringement (a "DMCA Notice"), please provide our designated copyright agent with a written communication that includes all of the following six elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3). A notice that omits any element may not be valid or actionable.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner, or a person authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or — if multiple works are covered by a single notice — a representative list of those works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, with enough detail (such as the specific URL, ad unit, or campaign reference) to let us locate it.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Please send a single, complete notice. Submitting duplicate or incomplete notices may delay our review. We aim to acknowledge valid notices and act on hosted material we control promptly, typically within a few business days.
3. Designated copyright agent
Notices of claimed copyright infringement, and any counter-notifications, should be sent to our designated copyright agent at the address below.
DasAds — Copyright Agent
Dasviral Pte Ltd
Email: dmca@dasads.com
Subject line: "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notification"
To ensure prompt handling, please put "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notification" in the subject line and include all required elements described in this policy. Notices that do not relate to copyright infringement (for example, general support or billing questions) will not receive a response from this address — please use our contact page instead.
4. Counter-notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our designated copyright agent. A valid counter-notification must include all of the following elements required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g):
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which DasAds may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA Notice or that person's agent.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. We may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days unless our designated copyright agent first receives notice that the complainant has filed a court action seeking to restrain the allegedly infringing activity.
5. Repeat infringer policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, DasAds maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of publishers, advertisers, or other users who are determined to be repeat infringers. We may also limit access to the platform, withhold payments associated with infringing activity, or remove offending material or ad units at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. A user may be considered a repeat infringer if more than one valid DMCA Notice has been received concerning that user's account or content.
6. Misrepresentation & good-faith
Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages — including costs and attorneys' fees — incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or its authorized licensee, or by DasAds. Filing a DMCA Notice or counter-notification is a legal action with real consequences.
If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, or whether a particular use is permitted by law (for example, under fair use), you may wish to seek legal advice before submitting a notice. DasAds cannot provide legal advice and the information on this page is offered for general guidance only.
7. Modifications
We may update this DMCA & Copyright Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. When we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the DasAds platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. For questions about this policy that are not copyright notices, contact us at hello@dasads.com or through our contact page.
