Cookies Policy
This policy explains how DasAds uses cookies and similar technologies across our platform, dashboards and the ad units we serve — and how you can control them.
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser or device when you visit it. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time — and they help us, our publishers and our demand partners understand how ad units perform. This policy also covers similar technologies such as pixels, local storage, software development kits and device identifiers, which we refer to collectively as "cookies" for simplicity. Cookies may be "session" cookies, which expire when you close your browser, or "persistent" cookies, which remain until they expire or you delete them.
2. Why we use cookies
DasAds is an AI-driven ad-monetization platform, and cookies are part of how we deliver and measure advertising responsibly. We use them to keep the platform secure, to remember signed-in publisher sessions, to measure fill rate and revenue per thousand impressions, to detect invalid traffic and fraud, and to help advertisers reach relevant audiences. Without certain cookies, core features such as the publisher dashboard, reporting and consent management would not function correctly.
3. Types of cookies we use
We group the cookies we use into three categories. You can accept or reject the optional categories at any time through our consent banner or your browser settings.
Strictly necessary
These cookies are essential for the platform to operate and cannot be switched off in our systems. They authenticate publisher logins, keep your session secure, balance load across our servers, remember your consent choices, and protect against fraudulent activity and invalid traffic. Because they are required to deliver the Services you have requested, they do not rely on consent.
Performance & analytics
These cookies help us understand how publishers and visitors interact with the platform and the ad units we serve. They let us aggregate metrics such as page views, fill rate, click-through rate and RPM so we can optimize placements and improve reliability. The information is collected in aggregate and used to make the product faster and more effective. If you disable these cookies, we will not know how you have used the platform, which limits our ability to improve it.
Advertising & targeting
These cookies are set by us and by our demand partners to deliver display and native ads that are more relevant to the visitor, to limit how often an ad is shown, and to measure campaign performance across our network of 500+ partners. They support contextual and audience-based targeting and the header-bidding auctions that help publishers earn a higher fill rate. Where required by law, these cookies are only used after you have given consent.
Where the law requires it, optional analytics and advertising cookies are loaded only after you give consent through our banner. Strictly necessary cookies are always active because the platform cannot function without them.
4. Third-party cookies
Some cookies on our platform are set by trusted third parties rather than by DasAds directly. These fall into two main groups:
- Demand partners. Advertisers, supply-side platforms and header-bidding partners may set cookies to run real-time auctions, cap ad frequency and measure the performance of display and native creatives served through DasAds.
- Analytics providers. We work with analytics and measurement vendors to understand aggregate platform usage and ad delivery, helping us maintain our 98% fill rate and continually improve revenue for publishers.
These third parties are responsible for their own cookies, which are governed by their respective privacy and cookie policies. We require our partners to handle data lawfully and in line with our agreements.
5. Managing your preferences
You are in control of how cookies are used. There are two primary ways to manage them:
- Consent banner. When required, we present a consent banner on first visit so you can accept all cookies, reject optional cookies, or choose categories individually. You can reopen the banner at any time to change your choices, and we will honor your latest selection.
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you view, block or delete cookies through their settings. You can usually choose to be notified before a cookie is stored, or to clear cookies when you close the browser. Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may break parts of the platform, such as signing in to your publisher dashboard.
For details on managing cookies in your specific browser, consult its help documentation. Changes you make in one browser or on one device will not carry over to others.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal that tells websites you prefer not to be tracked. There is currently no industry-wide standard for how sites should respond to DNT signals, so we do not change our behavior in response to them. Instead, we rely on our consent banner and the controls described above to give you clear, granular choices over advertising and analytics cookies. Where a recognized opt-out preference signal applies under law, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out.
7. Updates to this policy
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, our practices, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect indicates that you accept the updated policy.
8. Contact
